POT ROAST SLIDERS

 

4 lb. beef roast

1 c. Water

1 c. Salsa

1 pkg. French onion soup mix

1 pkg. Italian dressing mix

1 pkg. Au jus mix

 

Whisk together and pour over roast in a slow cooker. Cook for 8-10 hours.

Serve with slider buns and provolone cheese.

 

SAUCE:

 

sour cream

Chipotle sauce

Horseradish

 

 

PINA COLADA

Ice cubes

1/2 c. Rum

1/2 c. Coconut cream

1/4 c. Coconut milk

1/4 c. Pineapple chunks

 

 

Blend together and garnish with a cherry and or a pineapple wedge.
