The HUNT is on, but with Easter behind us, we are now doing a TREASURE HUNT. Join us for the TREASURE HUNT 4 SCOUTING presented by Bowen Engineering! Our improved logistics over 2019's hunt will allow us to better accommodate the crowds with a two night treasure hunt: Friday, Sept 18 and Saturday, Sept 19 (International Talk Like A Pirate Day). We encourage attendees to dress like pirates and really enjoy the treasure hunt! Gates will open at 7:00 PM each evening. Over 10,000 treasure spheres will be hidden and 200+ prizes to be given out each night including a chance to win a flat screen TV and other amazing prizes. Last year we had an amazing event but there was room for improvement. This year we have 5 food trucks (Texas Roadhouse, RTB Chefs, Puritan Coney Island Express, Guoc Box, and Igloo Frozen Custard Ice Cream Truck coming! NO MORE SUPER LONG LINES. With pre-registration only, and a cap on attendance, parking will not be an issue this year. We will have more restrooms and a better handle on treasure spheres collection and redemption. Last year the event MORE THAN SOLD OUT, so get your ticket NOW to ensure you have a chance to enjoy this awesome event! Event capacity will be 750 participants each night. Tickets are pre-order only. No walk-ins will be allowed. Proceeds will go to support the Scouting programs at Cary Camp. This is a public, adult only event. No kids allowed. Food Trucks will be on site with delicious food for sale for dinner. Smore's will be provided. No alcohol will be served/allowed at this event. Ticket sales are $15 per person. Hunger Hike is an annual event to support the important work of Lafayette Urban Ministry, Food Finders Food Bank, Inc., and the St. Thomas Aquinas Haiti Ministry.
