This year we're "freezin' for a reason" at Purdue's Lambert Fieldhouse to raise money for Special Olympics. Join Paw R Bear and plunge into the chilly water outdoors. Registration begins at 8:30 with the Plunge at 10:30. Silent auction and After-Splash Bash to follow. Form a team now, each participant should raise a "bear" minimum of $75 to plunge. From 1:00PM to 4:00PM

A collaborative exhibition featured at both the Haan Museum and the Art Museum of Greater Lafayette. Willis "Bing" Davis grew up in a neighborhood where there was a sense of community, where everyone knew who you were, and where great role models made a positive impact on the lives of its residents. While embracing his African-American heritage and culture, Davis creates thought provoking artwork that interweaves native patterns and fabrics and gives a new voice to found objects. Ceramic Ancestral Spirit Vases, masks, paintings and many other ceramic pieces showcase the talent and versatility of this prolific artist.
